Processing Time
Most Cruise Memory products are made to order. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Personalized products may require additional time because a digital design proof is prepared for your approval before printing.
Shipping Time
After production, shipping times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are shown during checkout whenever available. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, destination, package size, and available shipping method. The exact shipping charge will be shown before you complete your order.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking status after the shipping label is created.
